The Changpuak Project is a project to support students and schools in Thailand. The idea is, that Europeans who intend to spend their
retirement in Thailand, buy a house (or appartement). Until they retire, the house is rent out to other guests. With the Rental income (a small amount is saved for tax and repair), various school projects are supported.
The project was initiated by อาจารย์ ช้างเผือก, with the help of น้องสาว วันทนา on december 5th, 2015.
The income from the house is approx. 100'000 Baht per year (2016). 80% is used directly to support the school/students,
15% is used for tax/fees and 5% is used for repair/maintenace of the house. This figures may vary in the years to come.
All persons involved support this project with no financial interest. The only motivation is "Doing Good Deeds" for the late
King Bhumibol Adulyadej and for the students. As I am beeing an Ajarn, I believe that a prosperous future mayst be achieved by supporting students.
