AppCAD V 4.0

AppCAD version 4.0 was released in July 2012

There are several new features, mostly to s-parameters:

- option to auto-set freq range to same as the last loaded file
- option to manually set y-axis range
- option to change plot area background, color scheme
- menu choice to export rectangular graph or Smith chart to clipboard
- and a few others
